Delivery Information

At Katia Meraki Shop, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find important information regarding our delivery times, shipping methods, and return conditions.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, please note that during product launches, sales, or pre-order periods, processing times may be longer due to a high volume of orders.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • European Union (EU): 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, in some cases due to factors beyond our control related to logistics companies, delivery times may extend up to 15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 15 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch. In rare cases, due to external factors related to logistics companies, delivery times may extend up to 45 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer different shipping options depending on your location and preference:

  • Standard Postal Mail: This option does not include delivery guarantees or tracking information. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery for orders shipped via standard postal mail.
  • Certified Mail and Parcel Delivery: This option includes tracking information and delivery guarantees. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the delivery of your package, we will contact the carrier to resolve the issue. However, since international shipments may involve multiple carriers, it may take up to 30 calendar days to receive a response from the carrier, though this is not usually the case.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and in optimal condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
